Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide individualized care for patients with mental health issues
- Meet the minimum required hours of direct services to clients each week, while allowing time for documentation, meetings, training, and supervision
- Deliver high-quality, client-centered care
- Document and navigate EHR independently
- Maintain strict client confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with individuals involved in all aspects of programming
- Serve as a representative of the company, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric nursing
- Graduation from a state-certified advanced practice program specializing in psychiatry/mental health
- At least 2-3 years of experience providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders
- Ability to work with both adult and youth/child populations
- 3 years of experience as a psychiatric provider (preferred)
- Experience in telemedicine (preferred)
- Flexibility in setting work schedules
