Production Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of production workers in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility.
You will work closely with the production manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered on time to meet customer demand.
Key responsibilities include :
- Overseeing and managing the production process from start to finish
- Ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
- Managing and training production staff
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and procedures
- Meeting production targets and deadlines
The ideal candidate will have :
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and procedures
- Strong computer skills, including experience with MRP / ERP systems
