What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production supervisor position at GPAC?
2nd Shift Production Supervisor needed! This role will oversee 20 employees to oversee the 2PM-10PM shift. You will oversee production, safety, quality, and maintenance.
You will work and learn directly from the Plant Manager to make sure company goals and expectations are being met! This company provides opportunities to climb the ladder and this facility location is a short commute from busy Chicagoland! If you have operations leadership experience in the feed, grain, ethanol, or food industry, we highly encourage you to apply!
Requirements and Compensation!
- Assist in managing the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
- Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility
- Base Salary $65,000-$80,000
- Full Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
