Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position allows you to contribute to exciting and challenging projects with a tight knit, experienced team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage project planning, execution, and completion for concrete and paving projects.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work quality and safety.
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing concrete or paving projects in heavy civil construction.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with contract negotiation, budget management, and cost control.
