Project Manager - Construction-Masonry

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare and present reports and summaries to management, highlighting key project milestones and potential risks
Essential Job Functions:
- Strong business acumen in planning and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience as a project manager or mason foreman
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (blue beam & pro CORA)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
