ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- QA/QC processes and procedures within manufacturing
- CAPA system management
- Audit and process improvements
- Supervise and MENTOR QA department
- Manage department budget
- Support new product development
- Normal QA Manager duties
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years managment experience
- 5-10 years experience in quality or engineering in the Medical Device industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work individually (talking to yourself) or on a team (mentoring)
- Attention to detail a must
- Great attitude with the willingness to help
