- Position Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement automation processes to improve efficiency and quality control
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of automation technologies
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical support and training to team members on automation systems
- Position Essential Job Functions:**
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
- 5 years of quality management experience is a plus
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools and calibration
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable time management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Certification in quality control will be a strong advantage
