What You Will Be Doing
- Service account relationships by providing financial advice and counsel on investments to customers and prospective customers.
- Call on potential and existing customers to develop new business and cross-sell services.
- Interviews loan applicants to determine their needs and provide recommendation for the right credit products to help meet their goals.
- Maintain an active knowledge base of organization's credit products and qualification requirements for applicants.
- Manage loan portfolio in accordance with credit policy including but not limited to renewals, modifications, updated credit analysis, and portfolio monitoring.
- Utilize professional judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good risk opportunities for the organization.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with customers, bank staff, local professionals, centers of influence, and community organizations.
- Participate in community and professional organizations and events.
- Uses experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Currently Commercial lending in the local market.
- Experience with achieving high production goals.
- Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
- Familiarity with the loan processing and closing processes.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a mind for numbers
- Knowledge of bank regulations
