Project Manager Qualifications:
- Experienced in ground up custom homes ranging between 5k and 10k sqft. and valued at $2mil
- Custom Remodeling experience required
- Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
- Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
- Industry consistent work history (with a Custom Home Builder)
- 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Estimating/Take-offs with software experience required
- Ability to meet and discuss project with customers
- Vendor management
