Are you a Registered Nurse that's looking to help a Hospice company grow to it's full potential?
Gpac, a 30 years recruitment company, has partnered with an up and coming Healthcare company that is looking for Nightshift and Dayshift RN's, 8:30-8:30 3 or 4 shifts a week, overtime is available if patient load provides.
Day to Day:
- Assess and evaluate the patient’s physical, psychological, and mental needs
- Educate the patient and their family on end-of-life care
- Develop and implement a plan of care that addresses the patient’s needs
- Monitor the patient’s progress and adjust the plan of care as needed
- Maintain patient records and provide written reports on the patient’s condition
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current state nursing license
- Previous experience in hospice or end-of-life care
- Knowledge of nursing principles and procedures
- Multistate compact license
- Experience in- wound care, trach, G/J tube, catheters, & senior care
