One of our top clients seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health RN or LPN to join our team in Washington! In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, two days a week (Wednesday & Friday) from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Option to pick up a shift every other Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on self-care management.
• Document care accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Active WA State RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or a related setting (preferred).
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
