Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties * Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures
- Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM,
- Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget
- Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc
- Make site visits and make sure work is being completed per specs
Commercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in the supervision and installation of ALL COMMERCIAL ROOFING SYSTEMS
- Strong computer skills are required along with strong organizational skills and job tracking abilities
- We are looking for those with proven leadership and the ability to manage teams
- Ability to read, understand and interpret construction drawings
- Conduct and participate in safety meetings.
- Participate in manufacturer inspections
- A valid driver's license
- Must be team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, innovative, hardworking individual, who can handle changing priorities and multiple tasks
- Ensure Safety-Walk, Quality Walk, and Production (Daily completion of QC / QA forms)
