Key Responsibilities :
- Develop in-depth knowledge of insurance plans and carriers.
- Communicate efficiently with insurance agents and clients.
- Process applications and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Follow up on client and carrier queries in a timely manner.
- Assist in client meetings with detailed plan information and guidance.
- Resolve issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : 3 years in customer service; insurance license or HR experience preferred.
- Skills : Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Education : High school diploma required; college education preferred.
