In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting talented individuals with their dream job opportunities. This position offers the freedom of remote work with flexible hours while maintaining core office hours from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM CST.
At gpac, your earning potential knows no limits, with top performers taking home between $250,000 to $500,000 annually!
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with specific job openings.
- Cultivate and nurture a robust network of industry professionals and contacts to facilitate candidate sourcing.
- Perform candidate screening and interviews to assess their suitability for specific roles.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
- Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate journey.
- Collaborate with clients to grasp their hiring requirements and devise comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to remain informed about market dynamics and evolving recruitment practices.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in roles such as a search consultant or recruitment specialist.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Demonstrated results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
