An established Ag company that is Urgently seeking a Seed Salesman in Western Illinois and Eastern Missouri. This is a great company to work with that has an amazing benefits with growth opportunities.
The Seed Salesman will oversee this company’s main territory and take a hands-on approach to the day-to-day operations such as helping decide the company’s direction, building business plans, and deriving an approach to overall growth as to better serve their customers. The right Seed Salesman will have strong organizational skills, have a self-starter attitude, and the ability to seek out needs in order to serve their loyal customers. A full-service agronomy sales background is preferred as the company is looking for someone knowledgeable to make recommendations of the correct product to their customers.
Salary range will be base plus commission based on experience so the potential for growth is endless for the right candidate (possibility of six-figures) and full benefits are available after the first 75 days of employment.
