- BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering degree from an accredited college/university
- 7 years of experience in civil engineering and site design
- Professional Engineer licensure required.
- Demonstrated experience in obtaining construction permits, including sediment and erosion control, coastal stormwater, and water/wastewater.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff in multiple office locations.
- Strong time-management, written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with various project types, including roadways, site/grading, water and sewer utilities, lift stations, stormwater management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D is required; familiarity with MicroStation is beneficial.
