Project Manager Responsibilities
- Project Planning - Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and design professionals to establish project objectives, timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Resource Management - Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements efficiently.
- Vendor Relations - Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality materials and services.
- Project Execution - Oversee the installation, fabrication, and production of signage projects.
- Quality Control - Implement strict quality control measures to ensure that the final signage products meet or exceed client expectations.
- Budget and Cost Management - Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Client Communication - Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or changes.
- Project Documentation - Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
- Team Leadership - Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the signage industry, with an extensive knowledge of the different sign varieties.
- Strong understanding of signage materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
