Superintendent Functions:
- Manage schedule, team, project progress
- Create cost estimates for labor, materials, supplies, and other costs.
- Coordinate materials and supplies with vendors.
- Ensure a safe working environment for staff.
Superintendent Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management or related experience
- 5 years as a Superintendent
- Commercial or Multifamily construction experience
Superintendent Compensation:
- Base Salary: Based on experience
- Excellent benefits package
- Bonuses available
