Job: Masonry Project Manager

Gpac is one of the leading Recruiting Firms in the country. We are partnered with a reputable Masonry Company that is looking to add a Masonry Restoration Project Manager to their team. If you want to help this company grow and take it to the next level, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate construction projects.
• Estimate the costs of both commercial and residential masonry projects.
• Consider the cost of labor and materials in order to create an estimate and define project scope.
• Interpret technical information to business professionals, collaborating with architects, and selecting subcontractors based on budgeting requirements.
• Take any delays into account, such as might occur in emergencies or inclement weather.
• Ensure that all aspects of a project adhere to legal requirements and regulations
• Manage a team restoring different types of residential and commercial structures including facade and brick and morter.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Commercial & Residential Masonry restoration manager.
• Experience on new structures, design build/development, renovations/additions and budget.
• Experience with estimating software.
• Knowledgeable in all of the following: civil/site construction, foundation and structural systems, interior & exterior building wall systems.
• Possess good organizational and management skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
