TOWER TECHNICIAN

Candidate Requirements:
▪ Minimum 2 years of experience
▪ High School Diploma or Equivalent
▪ Current Valid Driver’s License
▪ Must be able to pass typical onboarding requirements when starting a new position
▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills
▪ Must be able to work overtime hours when needed
Responsibilities / Physical Requirements:
▪ Ability to climb and work on communication towers to install, repair and replace antenna/radio equipment for the telecommunications industry
▪ Knowledge of tools and materials to perform the scope of work
▪ Knowledge of safety hazards and making sure the highest level of safety is always maintained
▪ Must be able to climb towers or work at heights up to 250 feet
▪ Responsible for supporting supervisor and crew members (take direction of tasks, complete day-to- day job functions in a timely manner and be able to meet job deadlines as required)
▪ Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs
▪ Ability to bend, lift, twist, squat, kneel or sit for extended periods of time
▪ Responsible for inventory of tools and maintaining cleanliness of job sites
