Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Lead the day-to-day operations, managing multiple projects in various sectors. Ensure smooth coordination between teams and departments.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize company operations, aiming to improve efficiency and profitability while maintaining the family-oriented culture.
- Project Oversight: Oversee a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Work closely with finance teams to maintain financial health.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide senior project managers and department heads, ensuring strong leadership at all levels.
- Operational Efficiency: Continuously analyze and improve processes and workflows to drive operational excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proven experience as a VP of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management and general contracting.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational success.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
