Our office is currently working with a leading swine production organization that is currently in need of a Wean-Finish Production Professional. This individual will be responsible for managing the company's wean-finish production sites, working directly with company staff techs. In this role you will be responsible for increasing production efficiency, training production staff on animal husbandry, and implementing SOP’s.

Wean-Finish Manager Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage all farm site employees and managers
- Animal husbandry coaching and training
- Identifying signs of animal illness
- Coordinating work schedules
- Coordinate logistics, (feed delivery, live haul drivers, etc.)
- Maintaining and implementing production protocols
- Overseeing daily operations
- Manage facility maintenance
- Staying up to date on live market trends and prices
Wean-Finish Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years of knowledge and experience in swine production settings (wean-finish preferred)
- Site management experience (wean-finish preferred)
- SOP implementing and coordinating experience
- Must have experience with vaccination and bio-security protocols
- Livestock well-being knowledge and training
- Ween-Finish production experience (50,000 spaces preferred)
- Swine production certifications required (PQA, PTA)
- Animal Science or related degree preferred
