Housekeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Apartment Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our apartment units and common areas. The Housekeeper will ensure that all assigned areas are clean, neat, and sanitary, providing a welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Apartments: Perform cleaning tasks in vacant and occupied apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas.
• Common Areas Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, stairwells, and elevators.
• Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of garbage and recyclables.
• Inspection and Reporting: Regularly inspect apartments and common areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs to the Property Manager.
• Supply Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and notify the Property Manager when supplies need to be reordered.
• Resident Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to residents by addressing their cleaning-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and cleaning standards as established by the property management and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with residents and staff effectively.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
