GPS is hiring Concrete Laborers for an established Construction Contractor in Branchville, SC! Our client performs commercial construction and paving of parking lots for clients in and out of South Carolina.

- Higher pay offered to candidates with prior experience or construction experience.
- Direct Hire placement with our client.
- 3rd Shift: 9:00PM – 5:00AM, Monday through Friday.

- If traveling overnight: Room, Board, Travel Expenses, and gas are covered by the company.

- Performs site preparation, spreading and finishing of concrete, and quality inspections of finished work.

Will use various hand tools and equipment including grinders and levelers to:
- Build barriers.
- Perform curbing of concrete.
- Assist with demolition of old pavement/concrete.
- Safely moves large quantities of concrete into position using buggies, wheelbarrows, and other equipment.
- Assists with other tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Previous experience in construction, heavy equipment operation, manufacturing, or other related fields is a plus.
- Stable, reliable, work history is required.
- The ability to read a tape measure and blueprints is highly preferred.
- Manual labor and continual walking, lifting, bending, and stooping is to be expected.
- Must be willing to travel and commute with a team to various client sites, some of which are out of state.
