The Opportunity

We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication. You will primarily assist different departments and ensure that required tasks are performed. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure reports are delivered in a timely manner.


  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and healthcare division and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Welcoming visitors to office
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure

  • Recent experience in office organization & management
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
