About The Role
Grabango is looking for an ambitious leader to develop effective marketing strategies for the client and company’s success. The main responsibility of the field marketing manager is to collaborate with our partners and their teams to make sure that Grabango’s business model is running effectively in the market. You will manage all domains of field management. Including, but not limited to, project planning per the client’s requirement and recommending a desired plan of action. This person will be driven and excited about career growth in the marketing field.
This full-time role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is based in Berkeley.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Play a major role in executing and measuring results of various marketing campaigns.
- Build strong partnerships with our clients and their teams onsite.
- Own in-store marketing programs that drive new user acquisition and user retention from ideation to socializing with key stakeholders to execution.
- Lead client marketing calls, own agendas, and metrics
- Assisting in the development of both lead acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns, and other campaigns in regional campaign creation; participating in these promotional activities for promoting products by campaigning and by social media marketing
- Coordinating with the creative team for preparing HTML based banners, posters, animated ads, etc., for conducting online marketing for the field event
- Closely working with the business development, marketing and product teams for evaluating the total impact of marketing events, and gathering feedback from them regarding its success in generating demand for the product / service.
- Collect and share marketing and sales recaps to key stakeholders.
What You Should Have:
- 3 years of experience
- Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated track record in field and promotional marketing
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Strong organizational skills with emphasis on time management
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently or in groups
- Self motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasking situation
- Strong analytical skills with focus towards details
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a constantly changing atmosphere
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, education or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
