Position Summary
The Lexington Women’s Groups Coordinator serves our church by helping women connect to groups in which they practice the way of Jesus together. You will provide coordination, oversight, and resourcing for our Lexington Women’s Bible Study, working particularly closely with the small-group leaders. You will report directly to the Lexington Campus Pastor as a member of the Lexington Team to serve the Women’s Bible Study Groups at the Lexington Campus. You will also provide occasional support, guidance, and troubleshooting for Mom To Mom in Lexington and women’s groups at other campuses.
This position has the following responsibilities:
Manage the Lexington Women’s Groups registration process from beginning to end, including promotion, setting up registration forms, answering inquiries, communication with leaders, etc.
Coordinate materials for Lexington Women’s Groups: manage process of ordering/printing books, collecting payments, keep track of inventory, etc.
Manage technology for Lexington Women’s Groups, including managing groups over Zoom and running tech during in-person group meetings.
Oversee setup of physical space for Lexington Women’s Groups each week: ensure Courtyard is set for large-group meetings, breakout rooms are scheduled for small groups, and Leader Time room is set with tables, seating, and technology.
Be on site from 8am to 11:30am and 5:45pm to 9pm each Tuesday of the program year.
Maintain Lexington Women’s Groups Web page, including uploading bi-weekly lecture recordings and updating information as needed.
Provide logistical support for Lexington Women’s Groups special events.
Support Lexington Women’s Group leaders in effectively using CCB (church management system) to track group attendance.
Support Mom To Mom leaders with logistics including registration, publicity, expenses and reimbursements, etc.
Manage ongoing communication to our Lexington Women’s Group leaders and participants.
Be a resource for women’s groups at other campuses as needed.

Self-starter: Someone who is entrepreneurial and internally driven to achieve the mission God is laying out for us and able to manage her/himself accordingly.
Required education and training requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant ministry experience preferred.
2-3 years of ministry work at a growing church.
Administrative and project management experience required.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Zoom required.
Experience with Trello/Microsoft Planner, MailChimp, and church management systems preferred.
Experience leading volunteer teams, developing and equipping leaders.
Has an active and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Practices personal spiritual disciplines and leads with humility, character, and love.
Able to clearly communicate and embrace Grace Chapel Church's mission, vision, values, and strategies.
Has a willing spirit to help support each ministry within Grace Chapel to the best of their ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work across multiple systems to accomplish goals and objectives.
Relational skills and the ability to develop community life.
A self-motivated leader and effective in developing and implementing church systems.
