Dispatcher- Overnight Shift

It is the primary responsibility of the Dispatcher to provide exceptional customer service to our clients as you facilitate the dispatching process. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Grace Limousine & Shuttle’s policies, practices, and procedures.

**MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN FOR POSITION DURING THE DAY**

This is not a remote position, you will be working out of our Manchester, NH office location This position is overnight, Monday: 10pm-6am, Tuesday 12am-6am, Wednesday 10pm-6am

Sunday 12pm-8pm at other location in Haverhill, MA if desired.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Efficiently schedule and dispatch vehicles
2. Follow rotation schedules fairly and consistently
3. Provide direction, guidance and support to Chauffeurs as needed
4. Initiate proactive communication with clients
5. Assist with reservations when needed to include phone call and email management for quotes; accurate reservation entry; up selling services such as additional stops, affiliate/destination booking, etc.; managing affiliate reservations
6. Respond to and professionally manage high call volume, unanticipated ride volume and capacity surges, inclement weather emergencies, and other unplanned events
7. Add value to, and assist with, reaching company goals by taking ownership in your position, and assisting with other responsibilities as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

1. Comprehensive writing and computer skills required.
2. Strong composure under pressure required.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration and organizational skills required.
4. Excellent command of English language for verbal and written tasks required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS

1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Experience: 1-2 years related experience preferred.
3. Software: Dispatch software experience preferred.
