Customer Service Rep

The Broker Accounts Customer Service Representative will manage daily communications with Broker Accounts customers via email and phone. This role involves resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude toward both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Use appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate information.
- Handle a high volume of daily emails.
- Answer and make calls as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for partnering brokers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Schedule customer requests using the billing system.
- Dispatch service orders to the correct team.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote a cooperative company image.
- Comply with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of customer service call center experience.
