About the Role:
We are looking for a release engineer to develop implementation plans and collaborate with colleagues to monitor existing systems. You will lead internal teams to project completion and perform maintenance support. You will use the monitored information for release performance data to repair and improve upon processes and share information back to the teams.
How you will make an impact:
Support and improve tools and processes for continuous build, automated testing and release management
Manage multiple infrastructure environments’ development, test, and staging
Aid in the design of efficient ML architectures and development processes to support our Data Scientists and customer needs
Contribute to the design and implementation of the machine learning infrastructure of the company
Drive the efforts of releasing cutting-edge ML research into real-world products
Support and enhance production-like environment to ensure integrated products have reliability, observability and maintainability required for customer deployment
Evaluate and improve existing CI/CD Test pipelines and processes
Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices
Work alongside technical leadership to organize technical roadmaps into achievable work
Help delivery teams develop an overall strategy for deploying code
Skills needed to succeed:
2 years of release engineering or machine learning operations
Experience with continuous model training and deployment
Experience with Linux, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins and artifact management
Ability to understand and promote customer priorities in overall solution deployments
Troubleshoot and debug build issues with a willingness to resolve problems quickly
Nice to have:
Unit Testing and ETL Operations
Familiarity with Python, AWS, Jira, and Docker
Security Scanning experience during release processes
