The Client Success Director is a highly collaborative professional experienced in business partnerships and strategic alliances. Ability to own, assist in the design, and implementation of workflow processes for several of GRAIL’s key strategic partnerships, primarily its new relationship with a national tech-enabled primary care company with multiple avenues for growth.
Responsibility for growing the relationship and expanding GRAIL’s impact across the organization. The individual in this role will bring an ambitious spirit and a consistent track record of project management, business development and will play a critical role in bringing GRAIL’s vision to life. The Director will be a self-motivated healthcare executive with a keen sense of GRAIL’s value proposition that can grow the business while effectively navigating the complexities of the market.
