The Responsibilities:

· Answer, qualify and assign incoming sales inquiries

· Assist with site tours

· Communicate effectively with sales managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships

· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

• Understand Resort amenities to provide accurate assessment of particular needs for clients
• Ensure marketing collateral is high-quality and up-to-date
• Support Revenue Management and Marketing in daily reporting
• Assist the marketing team with special projects
• Assist in the creation of presentation decks for leadership team

The Qualifications:

• Experience as a sales or marketing coordinator- IN HOSPITALITY A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
• Demonstrates competency in working with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

· Project management

· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· A team player with high level of dedication
