ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Insure a proper and timely supply of golf carts to cart’s staging area.
- Insure that golf carts are operational prior to play.
- Assure all carts available to guests are organized, clean, free of debris and that each cart goes out in the required condition. Pull all other carts out of rotation until serviced.
- Transport carts to and from cart storage facility on an as needed basis.
- Follow proper daily cart rotation.
- Inspect, clean, wash and return carts to designated storage area and properly charge them.
- Check for any minor or major repairs needed. Place information on log, informing cart mechanic what is wrong.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and professional manner.
- Protect assets of the facility.
- Maintain the appearance around the cart storage area and cart washing area.
- Assist Guest Services when demand dictates.
- Respond to guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Provide superior standards of quality and customer service to the guests.
- Contribute to a positive work climate and to the overall team effort of the company.
- Contribute to the presentation, aesthetics and cleanliness of the property.
