What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Operations Specialist position at Grand Savings Bank?
This position is responsible for the review and pre-audit of real estate files ensuring all documentation is completed, accurate, and follows internal and federal/state guidelines. This job will require strong communication skills as well as strong organizational skills as the employee will be responsible for communication between the loan staff and processing and keeping track of progress on files submitted. The position will also require completing daily file maintenance along with facilitating orders for in-house evaluations. Three to five years previous loan review and loan documentation experience required. Other requirements include excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work in an organized fashion under strict deadlines. Salary is negotiable based upon experience.
