Grand Valley Bank is looking to hire a Human Resources (HR) Assistant at our 25 Rd branch, located at 570 25 Rd, Grand Junction, CO, 81505. This position is M-F, 40 hours per week. If you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your resume through Indeed.
The HR Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the HR Department in a positive and professional manner, performing all essential job functions within the framework of established Bank policies and procedures, and state & federal labor laws. Reporting to HR management, the HR Assistant supports the department in the process of hiring and maintaining the Bank's workforce, assists in the process of updating, organizing, and digitally imaging confidential personnel records, and contributes to the development and dissemination of policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
- May need to sit or stand for prolonged periods
ENVIRONMENT: This job takes place in an office setting, both sitting and standing, with light to moderate physical lifting requirements. Some light travel between branches may be required.
