Duties

• Flexibility in schedule, as duties are dictated by the timing & volume of check-ins & check-outs
• Oversee team of seasonal property inspectors, serving as point of escalation/questions they have while in the field
• Complete departure inspections after guests check out of properties as needed year-round
• Complete prearrival inspections before guests check into properties as needed year-round
• Initially, laundering linens & terry pulled from properties at our warehouse location and keeping warehouse supplies/shipments organized
• Later, supervising laundry/warehouse staff

Requirements

• Proven experience in field management or a similar role
• Ability to coach & direct a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
