We are currently seeking a Quality Specialist to collaborate and support our Quality leadership team in developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving food safety and quality programs within our Grande facilities to comply with internal and external customer requirements along with domestic and foreign regulations.

What you need to be considered for the role :

• 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered.
• One (1) or more years' related experience required. Food and dairy industry experience under HACCP, USDA and / or FDA preferred.
• Experience in GSFI (SQF, BRC, FSSC) or ISO-certified organizations preferred.

Preferred :

• Pasteurizer Operator
• HACCP Certification
• Demonstrated proficiency with document control and writing of manufacturing and laboratory instructions
