Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of both commercial and residential properties, ensuring they meet our high standards. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize commercial and residential properties, including Airbnb rentals.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using professional equipment.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists to deliver high-quality service.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Use provided uniforms and badges to present a professional image.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
