We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join our Grandmas Kitchen family. As Cooks/crew members, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Our ideal candidate is passionate, knowledgeable about food, and dedicated to culinary perfection.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Southern-style cuisine to order on various stations (fry, bake, grill, sauté) reminiscent of Cracker Barrel's menu.
• Maintain high standards of efficiency, attention to detail, and a top-notch store environment.
• Embody our culture of integrity, fairness, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates a sincere love for culinary arts and continuous growth.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with grace and adaptability.
• Possesses solid leadership, coaching, and training abilities.
• Skilled in recipe creation and execution, including bulk production.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and a minimum age of 21.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to lift 50 pounds with strong sanitation practices.
