General Summary of Position:
We are seeking detail oriented, highly motivated professionals that have 1-2 years experience in a processing and/or data intensive position and are able to deal professionally with customers. This individual will be answering customer calls, utilizing our proprietary databases to review, make changes, and submit orders timely and accurately for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and techs
- Troubleshoot using internal systems and external systems
- Work closely with all internal departments to ensure correct service and billing for our many customers
- Willingness to obtain EIS security clearance shortly after starting
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work independently and make judgment calls to resolve customer issues
- Excellent multitasking ability
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- Sound analytical ability, problem solving skills and technical knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Availability to work overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications:
