General Summary of Position:

As a Project Manager you will oversee the completion of large business onboarding projects for Granite's enterprise clients. You will direct intact teams made up of Project Coordinators, Associate Project Managers, and other Granite employees to ensure completion of each project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation of new voice and data business for Granite's customers
• Daily communication through email and via phone with sales reps, project team members, and clients
• Coordinate installs with end users, Granite IW and Granite repair technicians
• Oversee creation and updating of project tracking spreadsheets
• Chair and minute conference calls & stakeholder meetings
• Ensure project deadlines are met, keeping various tasks moving toward this goal

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' worth of relevant business experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet project deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a group
• Excellent multi-tasking & organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Intermediate (or better) knowledge of MS Office tools
• Ability to self-motivate, both for task completion and knowledge increase

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of voice, data, and networking
• PMP Certified
• Developed negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project
