Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that improve the customer experience of Career Center customers
- Develop Resource Sharing agreements across partner agencies to expand access to Career Center services
- Lead the coordination of shared physical resources across multiple partners and agencies and allocate physical resources within organizations.
- Analyze data relating to customer satisfaction, quality assurance and partner agency feedback to identify areas of continuous improvement
- Conduct quality assurance evaluations of physical space and facilities at six (6) Career Center locations
- Monitor the six (6) Career Centers across San Diego County to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems and direct facility maintenance or repair activities.
- Participate in architectural and engineering planning and design, including space and installation management.
- Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify, procure, and manage vendor relationships and plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Manage inventories of products or organizational resources.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years prior experience in operations and facilities management for multiple locations
- Experience managing vendor relationships including, procurement and contract negotiation
- Results Orientated and driven to meet goals
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills are a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to achieve goals with minimum supervision
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
- BA/BS
