This is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL. There are no remote or hybrid options.
Position: Sales Recruiter
In this role as a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires.
Your responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing candidates, and taking them through the entire interview process. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills. You will report directly to the Human Resources Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboarded
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
- Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
- Maintain internal and external communication that is on brand with GCE, to make sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
- Attend hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
Requirements
- 1 years recruiting experience - preferably agency or high volume experience
- Experience with full cycle recruitment
- Experience with social media recruiting
- Understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong interviewing skills with various interview techniques, (like virtual interviews or panel interviews)
- Tech savvy with Apple/Mac computers and products
- Strong professional, verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different tasks as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
- Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
