TITLE: SYSTEMS ANALYST
QUALIFICATIONS:

REPORTS TO: Director of Technology
CONTRACT: 200 Days
SALARY: Salary commensurate with experience
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the Student Management System database and assists with annual maintenance procedures.
2. Create user accounts and assign rights and permissions for the Student
Management System.
3. Maintain student management database and system integrity.
4. Identify and troubleshoot student management system issues.
5. Responsible for state and Federal reporting and data collections.
6. Assess needs of staff and how the Student Management System may best be utilized.
7. Provide training and assist all staff in the understanding of the use of the Student
Management System.
8. Assist registrar with collaborative tasks.
9. Produce, verify, interpret and distribute data reports to staff, as requested.
10. Demonstrates professional growth in data analysis and software application support.
11. Responsible for set up and break down for presentations in various areas of the school, including: Auditorium, Commons, Senior Commons, Lecture Hall, Field
House, etc… a. Microphone/sound system b. Computer/projection
12. Evening and weekend hours required for presentation set up and break down (paid at hourly rate or overtime per FLSA).
13. Provides additional support to the Technology Department.
14. Additional summer days may be required.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
