Marketing Leader

GRAPH is a high-growth specialist strategy consultancy built around a single objective: to help its clients make critical decisions assessing the growth prospects associated with acquiring and enhancing businesses. As a specialist, GRAPH sticks to a specific client base - Private Equity (PE) firms, Corporate Development/M&A leaders from major global corporations – and supports these clients across the full lifecycle of investment and commercial value generation considerations.

GRAPH was founded in 2017 by three consulting industry veterans who together had more than 40 years’ experience of focused M&A advisory work. GRAPH delivers uniquely impactful strategic insights based on rigorous primary and secondary research and analysis to support its clients as they seek to acquire and build strong businesses to meet financial and strategic objectives.

GRAPH has a highly differentiated value proposition and is successfully winning share from the traditional large strategy consulting firms by solving problems that these firms’ models fall short on relative to the private investment community’s demanding operating environments.

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy marketing leader who has the skills and interest in deeply understanding and serving the Private Equity and M&A community to drive the development of our outbound marketing efforts and support the business development function within the business.

A highly qualified candidate will possess:

• A track record of success in business, especially in marketing communications in a B2B context, with a leading professional services firm (e.g., consulting firm, law, accounting firm, etc.) with the financial sector as a primary client base.
• The ideal candidate has successful professional experience growing a professional practice group that was focused on a private equity and/or corporate M&A client base
• A highly developed set of technology skills using information, database, analytical, and digital communication tools (e.g., CRM, information/data service feeds, one-to-one, and one to many, digital communication platforms) to shape and effectively delivery of GRAPH’s marketing and business development messages
• Successful experience placing stories and positioning a professional service firm and its professionals in the financial press
• At least four years of directly relevant experience in the field
• Great team-working abilities with a positive and collaborative mind-set
• The ability to define metrics and goals on a continuous improvement basis
• An ability to deliver meaningful improvements vs. these metrics and goals
• A bachelor’s degree from a leading college or university
• A desire to build a long-term career as a key member of our leadership team
• Fluency in English with exceptionally strong written and verbal skills
• Authorization to work in the United States.

In this role, the successful candidate will:

• Serve as a key member of our leadership team, delivering thoughtful and informed strategic leadership
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, collaborating with business development leaders within the business
