Graphic Products is seeking an outstanding Graphic Designer to focus on the growth of our acquisition channels, and create enticing new B2B content design, website UX layouts, and email imagery to support strategic, targeted marketing campaigns. You will be part of an award-winning design team with a growing, profitable, industry-leading company.
Responsibilities

Translate marketing objectives into clear, concise, visually stunning, and engaging designs

Website design including layout, prototyping, and understanding the user experience

Layout and design guides, booklets, flyers, and advertisements – both print and digital

Create vector graphics and illustrations, including logo design, icon creation, infographics, etc.

Create and present multiple designs per project with guidance from stakeholders

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s brands and brand standards. Create consistency through all marketing materials.

Participate in monthly Agile SCRUM brainstorms with Marketing Team and monitor industry trends to create cutting edge creative strategy.
Your Skillset

Daily (“second nature”) use of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, & Acrobat) is required

Genuine passion for design – graphics, typography, website layout and user experience

An eye for finding compelling and emotionally engaging images

Strong time management skills to meet all deadlines while producing work

See projects through from concept to completion

Ability to self-edit and proof your work; ideate; and accept feedback.

Capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Willing to continue learning and increasing your skillset via training in HubSpot, emerging Web design trends, etc.

A track record of versatility. And a portfolio of demonstrated work.

College degree in graphic design and/or 4 years of graphic related experience

Experience with the safety industry, industrial B2B segment-focused marketing is a plus.
Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Salary: $45,000 to $60,000
