Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supporting company operations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Providing point of contact for projects as needed including but not limited to corresponding with clients, updating on scheduling, etc.
- Updating, maintaining, and monitoring project database in order to ensure timely project completion
- Create and design various materials for screen printing, signs, and vehicle customization/wraps
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use Corel Draw and Photoshop
- Utilize company social media (specifically Instagram and Facebook) in order to promote projects and services in a timely manner
- Track social media metrics in order to determine best posting times
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages as needed as well as forwarding on social media messages and comments to coworkers/management as necessary
- Create mock-ups for approval for clients as necessary
- Create mock-ups for online stores as necessary
- Assist with the population and maintenance of online stores as necessary
[Work Hours & Benefits] Standard work schedule is 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday with some flexibility to work from home depending on consistency, timeliness, and quality of work. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Social Media Management, or comparable/related field
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Proficient with Corel Draw
- Proficient with Adobe PhotoShop
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Proficient with Instagram and Facebook

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
