The Opportunity
We are currently searching for an experienced Recruiting Specialist with technical knowledge and a commitment to excellence to meet the growing needs of our company.
We are currently searching for an experienced Recruiting Specialist with technical knowledge and a commitment to excellence to meet the growing needs of our company.
- Define, manage and execute full-cycle recruitment process for experienced professionals in the audit, tax, consulting and administrative areas as well as client positions in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Operations.
- Utilize standard sourcing tools (corporate websites, general job boards, professional associations, agencies, college postings and alumni organizations, open houses, employee referrals) as well as specialized sourcing strategies (contracted research, niche websites, social networking) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality of candidates to meet business requirements.

- Develop hiring strategies by working with business partners in setting recruiting expectations, developing an effective sourcing strategy, evaluating candidates and providing competitive market analysis.
- Interview and evaluate candidates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all posting and recruiting activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency, CPA firm, professional services or corporation
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated assessment skills in effectively evaluating candidates (training in behavioral event or competency based interviewing a plus)
- Strong communication skills (written and oral), and customer-centric approach is essential
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, partners, public and external agencies
- Strong results orientation and comfort level in working in a high-performance recruiting environment
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Capable of developing client relationships and delivering a positive client experience
- Requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels
- Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently to manage workload
- Working knowledge of automated recruiting systems and standard Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working as an audit or tax professional within a public accounting firm is preferred
