Job Summary: As an Electrical Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems and components for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design electrical systems and components, including control panels, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Select appropriate electrical components and equipment based on project specifications and performance requirements.
- Create detailed technical drawings, models, and documentation for manufacturing and installation processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate the performance, cost, and reliability of electrical designs.
- Perform calculations, simulations, and testing to validate and optimize electrical designs.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical designers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs with other systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical design.
- Support the manufacturing and installation processes by providing guidance and resolving design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and control systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical design.
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
