In This Role You Will
- Successfully complete rotational assignments, gaining knowledge of and exposure to various aspects of the business
- Perform specific, assigned job duties, depending on specialization or areas of interest
- Gain a working knowledge of all responsibilities and duties of assigned area of interest or specialization
- Learn the fundamentals of the Company's business
- No experience required: Previously employed at Graybar as an Intern
- Oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills
- Interpersonal teamwork and leadership skills
- Analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to interface with all levels of personnel
- Eagerness to learn with the ability to be self-motivated, business oriented, flexible, and accountable
